1. Orders and Shipping
Online orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt, although not on weekends or holidays. Should the ordered item not be available at the moment, or in case of any delay of delivery (if production date is not sited on a product’s page), we will inform you via e-mail within 24 hours. All prices at Oskaras Povilenas online store are stated in EUR. Price includes VAT. All ordered goods are delivered by Postal Services or UPS (for express deliveries). We are shipping only via Standard Registered Post / Priority shipping and you will be provided with all necessary information to track your parcel. Deliveries take approximately 5-10 days, and UPS 3-5 days.
2 . Warranty
If you have any issues with your ordered clothes, please contact Oskaras Povilenas within 5 business days and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible (usually it takes up to 48 hours, and this does not include weekends and holidays).Customer’s satisfaction is our priority goal.If the clothes has been damaged on purpose or by the customers fault – this won’t be covered by the warranty.
3. Return Policy
Should you for any reason not be satisfied with your purchased item, you can return it within 14 (seven) days of arrival, for store credit equal to the amount of the original payment of the item. Shipping expenses are not included. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. On returning an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Oskaras Povilenas Fashion House does not compensate packages lost in return shipping. Only faulty products will be refunded. Refunds for returned faulty products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days, after we received the returned products.
When you purchase a product at Oskaras Povilenas Fashion House we ask only for the information necessary to process your order properly.These include contact information such as name, address, telephone number, email address and any account ( PayPal ) or credit card information necessary for completing your payment.
We will only pass information to the shipping/delivery company to enable it to deliver the goods to its destination.No sensitive information will be passed on.
